I had a great experience at Macau Masters. The location was fantastic, with easy access to bus stops and essential amenities like pharmacies and 7/11. The staff was one of the nicest I've ever encountered, going above and beyond to provide thorough instructions and allowing us to leave our luggage after check out. The room was spacious and had all the necessary comforts, including extra blankets, pillows, and a thermos. The view from the high floor was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

I stayed at Masters Hotel for leisure and had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. I loved the cool card entry system and the complimentary 3in1 Coffee. Plus, having 24x7 hot water was a big bonus. The hotel's location in the old town was great, with easy access to attractions either by walking or public transportation. I definitely plan to visit again.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Macau. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests I had. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently located near transportation hubs, making it easy for me to get around. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, providing ample options for dining and shopping. Lastly, the room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the view of the pier from my window. The fact that breakfast was included was also a nice bonus.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find a single thing to complain about.
